Justin Harvey is an American flat earther known for spreading the lie that the Challenger crew are still alive.^[1] He presented this lie at a Brevard County commission meeting and was understandably removed midway through his presentation. He would go on to sue the Brevard County council, alleging the commissioners violated his freedom of speech. County officials contended that they had no control over federal business and that Justin needed to focus on issues within their jurisdiction. As the county has no control over NASA, they were not obligated to let Justin continue speaking.^[2] The case was ultimately dismissed in June of 2025.^[3]

He had appeared at a commission meeting once before in April 2023, that time alleging the International Space Station is not real.^[2]

Justin appeared in the garbage drivel Level With Me that nuffy Sean Hibbeler produced. Was seen hanging around DontGetIT WitSHiT like a fly on a turd.

In September 2026, he appeared in a Jack Gordon video.^[4]
